Immersion Cooling

Dry coolers offer several advantages in immersion cooling systems. It can save costs and space by reducing the need for liquid cooling towers. It also does not require a constant supply of water. Additionally, dry coolers use ambient air for cooling, which is more efficient cooling than liquid cooling towers in certain climates, particularly in areas with low humidity and high temperatures.

We provide standard models of 40KW, 120KW, 240KW, and 480KW for a common condition, that is under 35℃ ambient temperature, to cool the liquid (water or water-glycol mixed) from 60℃ to 40℃. Customization is also available for different working conditions.

Free Cooling

Dry coolers in a free cooling system will help you save 1/3 of the electricity than using water chillers. Moreover, it has a longer service life but needs low maintenance.

The free cooling dry cooler is particularly effective in temperate climates where the outdoor air temperature is lower than the desired fluid temperature. It can also be used in conjunction with other cooling systems, such as chillers, to provide additional cooling capacity when needed.
